- Pork (steak) – 1 lbs
- Celery – 2 pods
- Horseradish – 1 tbsp
- Mustard – 1 tbsp
- Sour cream – 5 oz
- Butter – 3.5 oz
- Lemon – 1/2
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
1. Heat the frying pan, add the vegetable oil and fry the garlic cloves as soon as they have browned, remove them and lay out the steaks.
