Ingredients

  • Pork (steak) – 18 oz
  • Thyme -1 sprig
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 6 tbsp
  • Canned tuna – 2 oz
  • Capers – 2 tbsp
  • Pepper – taste
  • Salt – taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

 

Directions

1. Sauce: Cut capers, chop tuna, mix tuna and capers, add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Sauce is ready.

2. Pour the vegetable oil on the pan, put the pork steaks. Add a sprig of thyme and garlic.

3. Fry the pork steaks until ready – 10-15 minutes on each side, add pepper and salt. Do not forget to turn the steaks during roasting.
